Jack White and Gary Oldman may sound like an unusual creative pairing for some, but after watching this inside look at White's "American Express Unstaged" performance, directed by Oldman, it looks like the two got along quite well.
That is, until White tackled Oldman to the ground and busted his lip.

White revealed that he chose Oldman to direct his "Unstaged" performance because he liked the idea of having a director who is also an accomplished actor.
"I'm always interested when actors direct because they're going to have a different take on it," White tells Oldman. "In music, if you had the drummer produce the track ... it would be totally different."
Oldman reveals in the promo that he immediately signed on to the project.
